I was told that only sugar-free syrup was available, and that it would also cost extra. I completely understand that flavored syrups, alternative milks, and extra espresso shots are optional upgrades, and I don't expect those to be included for free. However, I do expect a standard iced latte to have a balanced coffee flavor on its own, without needing paid add-ons to make it taste good. Unfortunately, my drink tasted quite diluted. There was a lot of ice, and the coffee flavor was so light that it was difficult to taste. It felt more like cold milk with ice than an iced latte. At AED 24, this isn't an inexpensive coffee. I would expect the standard recipe to deliver a good coffee experience even without additional flavors, alternative milk, or extra espresso shots. Optional add-ons should enhance the drink, not make up for a coffee that otherwise lacks flavor. I'm sharing this as constructive feedback because I believe the standard iced latte should provide a satisfying coffee experience without requiring any additional upgrades.

Great seating, i love their couches as well as the chairs. But i wish the baristas were consistent. Plus less ice is never considered despite me telling them twice for less ice.
