Very bad experience. I asked for a still water. And I was sold Evian, while there was local alternative. So i asked why i wasn’t offered local water, i was told that i asked for still and the local water is not still … its just “bottled water”. Is this even an explanation for trying to sell whatever is more expensive? Very inappropriate for such an established brand.
