I had an excellent experience at Caribou Coffee, Reem Mall (Ground Floor). Muhammad Nasir provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. His warm attitude, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable.
