No active hearing. Passed by here to get something to eat, was SO clear it was for takeaway. I usually patiently wait but it was taking so long so I followed up and when it was given to me I was surprised so Im like “it’s for takeaway” and they just shove it a paperbag like this. What were they expecting? Of course it would be messy and look at what happened even when I was just holding it gently and walking slow the sandwhich fell apart. Staff needs to be retrained
