The air conditioning at this branch has been faulty for months, across multiple visits, and it's still not fixed, even though customers keep complaining. The only cool breeze we get comes from McDonald's across the way. I've now escalated this to Caribou's regional office and Matajer management, and I hope it's fixed properly soon

Unfortunately, Air Conditioning inside this Caribou branch is faulty throughout the year, and Caribou management is doing nothing about it.

I have been a loyal customer of this branch and visit almost every morning. Due to personal circumstances, I cannot enter the coffee shop, so I usually call while parked directly outside with my driver. The staff know me well, and they have always kindly brought my order to the car, even when only one employee was working, so I know this is not the branch’s usual practice. Unfortunately, this employee has treated me poorly twice. The first time, she refused to bring my order outside. This time, she was rude and hung up the phone while I was still speaking. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I kindly ask the branch manager to contact me as soon as possible, as this matter is urgent, and to address this issue appropriately. Today 25/6/26- 9am
