So glad you had a five-star experience, Muhammad! We’d love to welcome you back to Caribou Coffee soon.
I come to this branch almost every day, and for a long time now, I honestly can’t remember the last time I came here and actually enjoyed the experience. The service is consistently poor, the staff often seem uninterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere is not welcoming. The coffee quality is also disappointing and inconsistent. As a regular customer, I should enjoy coming here, but instead I’ve reached a point where I don’t even feel like visiting anymore because of the staff attitude, the service, and the overall condition of the place. MI really hope management takes this seriously because the experience has been disappointing for a long time, not just once or twice.
