Love this small very personal coffee shop which we and our friends love and are here almost everyday ...but I hear you are closing down this store in JBR..really dissappointed...please rethink ..hoping for a positive feedback!!!

This place gives such a cozy feel from the moment you step in. The atmosphere is peaceful. The barrista Ahmed is exceptional in his service. Nothing is ever too much for him. He is polite, hard working and always fulfils every request with a pleasant smile. He keeps the place immaculate and we keep returning because of his service and kindness. The drinks we order are also made to perfection - coffees, smoothies ( the best), hot chocolates, utterly scrumptious. Honestly, Ahmed Khalaf takes the initiative to go above and beyond the customers' expectation and is a great asset to this company. Thank you kindly. Edit July: just found out this store is closing. Noooooooooo. Plz re-consider your decision. This is a home away from home. Ahmed and Buddhi have been so fantastic in their service. They are super polite, customer focused and keep the place so clean and tidy. Smoothies and coffees are prepared to perfection and taste great. Buddhi is fantastic in her services. Many of us customers come here on a daily basis. Personally i come to study here because of the peaceful environment. So, again, I suggest to you you please re-consider your decision because some of us consider this a 2nd home and please extend the opening hours. I am really grateful for your time.

We went to Caribou Coffee because of their promo promising free coffee until March 31. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the staff told us the promo was already finished and to make things worse, the original post had been deleted. It was disappointing because we made time and effort to visit based on that information. I hope they can be more transparent and responsible with their promotions to avoid wasting customers’ time. #CaribouCoffeeUAE
