Popped in here earlier this week while I was in the area for an appointment at Etisalat. Needed a quick caffeine fix before heading back out, and Caribou is usually a safe, familiar bet. The setup inside is fairly compact and definitely feels designed more for a quick grab-and-go than for sitting down with a laptop for hours. It was clean, air-conditioned, and quiet enough when I walked in. I just ordered an iced Americano and a muffin. The drink came out in under three minutes—tasted fresh, smooth, and not watered down or burnt. Standard chain coffee, but done well. The muffin was fine, though typical coffee shop pricing (a little on the expensive side for a single pastry). What stood out most was the staff behind the counter. The barista taking orders was genuinely pleasant, greeted me with a smile, and got everything sorted without missing a beat. You don't always get warm service when you just walk into a random branch for five minutes, so that was definitely appreciated. If you're going to the Etisalat building for some work or around Max Metro and just want a reliable coffee without hassle, it’s a solid spot to swing by.
