I just wanted to kindly share a small concern. The current employee tends to speak quite loudly on the phone and with his colleague when he is here, which has been causing me frequent headaches. Additionally, when preparing drinks, there is sometimes loud noise from placing or heating items on the table, and because there is an echo in the space, the sound feels even stronger. I would really appreciate it if you could please advise him to lower the noise level a bit. Thank you so much for your understanding.
