I ordered a Raspberry Iced Tea and a chicken roll at the DWTC branch. After waiting for a long time, I noticed that several European customers who arrived after me were getting their orders within 5 to 10 minutes, even though I ordered before them. He asked me to repeat my order just so he could finally print my receipt, and it was obvious they hadn't even started preparing my food or drink. It felt incredibly unfair, as if they deprioritized me and put me last because I am a fellow Filipino/Asian while ensuring the European customers got their orders first. To make matters worse, the chicken roll they finally gave me was almost burned. When I politely asked for a replacement, one staff member wasn't nice at all and tried to claim it wasn't burned. They did eventually replace it, but the whole experience was completely exhausting. The team at this branch needs serious training in customer service, equality, and basic politeness. Every single customer should be treated equally and with respect, regardless of their nationality.
