Having just one staff at tge branch makes it impossible to be served in a timely manner! Waiting 25 minutes getting late to work for one cappuccino is not acceptable! The staff is doing her best but seriously, one employee to handle a branch is a joke!

New review (22/06/2026):- I visited today and was pleasantly surprised to see everything available. I really appreciate the prompt response from the manager in addressing the issue. Special thanks to the Kabayan lady for her excellent service — she was very polite and attentive. Great improvement overall. Old review (19/06/2026):- Extremely disappointing and honestly very irritating experience at the Dubai Outsource Zone outlet. The signature blended ice drink is almost always out of stock — around 9 out of 10 times, whether ordering online or visiting in person. It’s very disheartening to keep coming back and never find it available. Highly unreliable.

Ihad a really nice experience at Caribou Coffee. The coffee was fresh and well-made, and the environment was clean and peaceful. It’s a great spot if you want to sit, work, or just unwind.
