New review (22/06/2026):- I visited today and was pleasantly surprised to see everything available. I really appreciate the prompt response from the manager in addressing the issue. Special thanks to the Kabayan lady for her excellent service — she was very polite and attentive. Great improvement overall. Old review (19/06/2026):- Extremely disappointing and honestly very irritating experience at the Dubai Outsource Zone outlet. The signature blended ice drink is almost always out of stock — around 9 out of 10 times, whether ordering online or visiting in person. It’s very disheartening to keep coming back and never find it available. Highly unreliable.

Ihad a really nice experience at Caribou Coffee. The coffee was fresh and well-made, and the environment was clean and peaceful. It’s a great spot if you want to sit, work, or just unwind. The coffee in dubai outsource city branch is very nice and staff Ms. Jori is very accommodating she is very welcoming to the customer no wonder we keep on coming back.
