This is the second time I have faced a pricing scam at Caribou after Burjuman last time Modus operandi is - if you order small they will say we have only regular and large even though menu shows S M L, when you question that it will be prepared and you can control portions they say we are out of cups which is again false. New thing we noticed is that if you order turtle mocha - then this branch will charge you extra for cream even though the actual recipe has it included and every other branch gives it included. Last time in Burjuman it was limited to regular large pricing scam but after my review they called me and offered me free coffee to remove the review which I supported but I will not support further as it looks widespread and management needs to solve this structurally.
