Very good spot to chat, chill or even finish your work. Today’s staff Dave (originally from dcc) was very helpful and accommodating.
Dear Customer, We're so glad you felt comfortable spending time with us. It means a lot to hear that our service made your visit especially welcoming. We hope to see you again soon! Best regards, Caribou Coffee UAE

Very disappointing service from Denji. I visited at around 2:30 PM UAE time, so management can identify the staff member and shift I’m referring to. While the other staff members were bringing customers’ coffee to their tables, Denji did not provide the same service. His attitude and customer service were noticeably poor and made the experience feel unwelcoming. I expected consistent and respectful service from all staff. Management should seriously look into what happened during this shift.
