We had a very disappointing experience due to the supervisor’s behavior. He was not welcoming or professional, and his attitude came across as dismissive and disrespectful throughout our visit. Instead of assisting us nicely, he seemed uninterested in resolving concerns and made the experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training, as every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. The worst Supervisor!!!
