I am reviewing about the staff Other staff are very good all good but there was 2 staff which is a security whose stay inside He don’t know about customer service . He don’t know how to talk with the customer Today i had an incident which I would like to share here I was taking a video of beers to send my friend which beer i should pick And one of big security shouting at me “ Hey !! Why are you taking a video “ Honestly this is my first time at this store Which I don’t know its not allowed to take a video or picture The way that security shouts at me i don’t like the way he did that Instead of that he can told me Excuse me , brother taking video is not allowed here please dont take a video If he say like thik I would accept that is my fault But he shouts me hey why are you taking video Please teach your staff how to talk with your customers And i called manager he refused to call him He said “Call yourself “ And when i found the manager he is also very rude Instead of giving me explanation He argued with me that person should know about the customer service and how to talk with customers Teach and train them properly Thank you !
