I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at African Eastern. The staff were unhelpful, unwelcoming, and failed to address my concern properly. The way the situation was handled was frustrating, unsatisfactory, and far below the standard of professionalism customers should expect. Management needs to take this feedback seriously and implement meaningful improvements. Staff should be properly trained to respond promptly, respectfully, and effectively to customer concerns. Customers deserve courteous treatment, clear communication, and appropriate assistance not to feel ignored or dismissed.and counter guy name Reggie should learn how to talk n should be trained properly how to handle customer not that he is trying to dominate his customers verbally. Please need to review on him.
