🍻 A STELLA HOLIDAY STARTS HERE! 🇦🇪 A big shout-out to Chivam at African + Eastern Dubai for delivering the kind of customer service that deserves a five-star review! Dubai's alcohol licensing rules have changed, and simply flashing your passport or UAE Residents Card is no longer enough. No licence, no purchase! Thankfully, Chivam was brilliant, patiently talking me through the online alcohol licence application process and explaining exactly what was required. Friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely keen to help – sadly, the sort of customer service that seems increasingly rare these days. And then there's the price comparison! 😲 My hotel wanted 55 AED (£11.20) for a 33cl Peroni**. At African + Eastern, I picked up 33cl Stella for just 10 AED (£2)! That's quite some difference – particularly when you're buying by the crate! Two crates later, we're officially stocked up and ready to go. 🍺 Great prices, excellent service and a special mention to Chivam for making the whole experience so easy. African + Eastern, you've earned yourself a customer. Here's to the start of a STELLA holiday! 🍻 #AfricanAndEastern #Dubai #DubaiLife #CustomerService #StellaArtois #DubaiDeals #HolidayMode #StellaHoliday
