Very disappointing customer service experience at Africa Eastern, Bur Dubai. The store timings show closing at 12:00 AM, but security guards are not allowing customers inside after 11:30 PM. When I asked for clarification, they simply said the shop was closed because the sales staff were coming. If the actual closing time is 11:30 PM, please update the timings on Google to avoid misleading customers. More importantly, the security staff need proper training on how to communicate with customers respectfully. Their behaviour and attitude were unacceptable. Please improve your customer service and ensure customers are treated with basic courtesy until the officially advertised closing time.
