The station itself is great in terms of location and the variety of services available, but unfortunately my experience with the car wash and drying staff was very disappointing and unprofessional. On my first visit, the drying team seemed extremely careless. I had to stand there and supervise them, and I even ended up drying parts of the car myself because the job was not properly finished. On my second visit, as soon as I parked, one of the workers was unnecessarily looking inside my car, which made me uncomfortable. After the wash, the same issue happened again: they gave the car a very quick wipe and said they were done, even though it was still dripping with water and several areas had not been dried properly. When I pointed this out, instead of handling the situation professionally, the worker said a couple of words to me in English, then started speaking in Urdu with his coworkers while they were laughing. Regardless of what they were saying, this is not professional behavior in front of a customer and gives a very poor impression of the service. The station itself is very good and offers many useful services, but the car wash and drying team seriously needs to be reviewed by management, especially in terms of quality of work, customer service, and professionalism. I hope management looks into this because the location deserves a much better standard of service.
