Good day, This is the first time in all our years of living in Abu Dhabi that we have been extremely disappointed with the service from an ADNOC staff member. We called your telephone number to place a gas delivery order to our address near Electra Street. The staff member who answered the call, who sounded like he was Pakistani or Indian, was very rude and unprofessional. He told us that delivery to our building was not allowed, but he did not explain the reason. This was very confusing because your staff successfully delivered gas to the same building just last May. What made the situation worse was that he suddenly hung up the phone while we were still talking. When my companion told him that we would report the incident to the police because of his rude behavior, he confidently replied, “Go ahead and call the police,” even though his behavior was clearly inappropriate. We had already paid online, so this experience was very frustrating and unacceptable. We respectfully request the ADNOC management or the owner of the Electra branch to investigate this incident, identify the staff member who handled our call, and take appropriate action. No customer deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. Thank you, and we hope this matter will be addressed promptly.
