I politely asked him to help organize the line in the coffee section, but instead of responding professionally, he shouted at me very loudly in front of everyone. I found his behavior disrespectful and unprofessional, and I believe staff should be treated with respect. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately.
This petrol station is very well maintained and organized. The fueling bays are spacious and easy to navigate, and the pumps are modern, fast, and efficient. The staff were courteous, professional, and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit. The store is neat, clean, and well-stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and travel items. The restrooms were spotless and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience. It’s a petrol station I can confidently recommend.
Best thing about UAE and Abu Dhabi specifically for me is, everything comes at the top class. It’s a petrol station, basically in the middle of desert, yet they don’t joke about coffee: specialty grade beans, best coffee grinders and espresso machine, and yes a well-trained barista. I love this country on how they love and take the coffee matter seriously 😎☕️🙏
