ADNOC Vehicle Inspection | Yas Mall

Very poor customer service. I waited around 10 minutes, and when the staff member finally came, I greeted him with “Assalamu Alaikum,” but he didn’t even reply. Instead, he rudely told me to get out of the car. He spoke to me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner throughout the inspection. I understand that my car may have several issues, but that doesn’t justify treating customers disrespectfully. When I asked for his name, he told me to check the report, where he is identified as **90443**. The inspection itself is one thing, but basic respect and professional communication should be expected. Very disappointing experience.

While going for inspection of my vehicles i didn’t find the area its pin location is in yas parking but no one was there to look
