I came here on a Sunday noon, there is a queue like 8 vehicles ahead me but completed the whole inspection in more or less one hour including waiting time. Staff are polite.

Good Service

I waited for 2 hours for an inspection. There were only 5 cars in front of mine. There was only 1 person at the service center able to answer my queries, the staff were very unfriendly and dismissive. Overall the worst service I’ve had in Abu Dhabi in 9 years.
