Quick turn around, overall satisfied!
They are forcing to buy something from them or else they will fail the car inspection. I visited for my car inspection and the technician said I will help you by passing the car and you should by the injector cleaner of 146aed. If I fail the car then you will spend more than the fuel cleaner price. I was helpless and paid the money. I called the ADNOC dist. Helpline and complained. I received a call from the manager of customer service (Mr. Khaled) and he was blaming me by saying that we have already placed a sign board that it’s not mandatory to buy then why did you buy the product. If you want the refund then bring your car again and we will check your car once again and fail it if we find anything. Totally it’s disappointing. The service center staff and the management all are same. I have never expected this from ADNOC.
