Long queue but the actual inspection was done in 2 minutes. Very professional and polite staff. The guy in front of me had some problems and he politely explain led the issues to him.
Very Disappointing Experience Yesterday, I visited the ADNOC Vehicle Inspection Center at around 8:00 PM for my vehicle inspection. I waited in the queue for almost 50 minutes. When I finally reached near the inspection line, one of the staff members came and placed a traffic cone in front of my car. He then told me angrily, “Go to Abu Dhabi, I don’t have time to check.”(said in Malayalam language) I explained that I had already been waiting for almost 50 minutes, but he replied, “I don’t want to know that. Even if you wait here, I will not check the car.” I found the way I was spoken to extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Waiting for almost an hour and then being treated this way was a very frustrating experience. I hope ADNOC management will look into this incident and ensure that customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the center is.
Everything except Customer service, agents dont even take time to explain why you failed the inspection and what to do. Just a money machine
