Customer reviews
There are many cars waiting outside, but nobody is following the queue. Cars keep cutting in, and none of the staff are stopping them. Five cars leave, but we only move forward by one car because other cars keep joining in front of us. There should be a proper queue system, and cars should be called based on their queue number.
