FORMAL COMPLAINT NEVER CHANGE OII AT ADNOC!!! It could cause me to buy a new car and destroy my car!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your station. I had my engine oil changed at your facility, and within just two minutes of leaving, I immediately noticed that something was wrong with my car. Since then, I have spent a significant amount of money at different workshops trying to identify and fix the problem. The situation became so serious that I started considering buying another car and taking a loan because I could no longer rely on my vehicle. Yesterday, my car stopped three times while I was driving, putting me in an extremely stressful and potentially dangerous situation. What is particularly concerning is that these problems started immediately after your employee serviced my vehicle. Your company needs to seriously reconsider the competence, training and supervision of the employees performing mechanical work. A customer’s safety should never be compromised simply because a company chooses cheaper, inadequately trained labour. An incorrect oil change or careless maintenance can cause serious engine damage and potentially put someone’s life at risk. I trusted your company with my vehicle, and this is completely unacceptable. I expect management to take this complaint seriously and investigate exactly how this service was performed and who was responsible. This is not simply poor customer service. This is a serious safety concern.
