Incident Details: - Date: 31 October 2026 - Time: 17:37:12 I have been a regular customer at this petrol station for nearly three years. Unfortunately, during my visit on 31 October 2026, I experienced very poor customer service. A staff member spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner when I politely asked him to approach me and communicate properly. I was disappointed by the way I was treated. I hope the management will investigate this incident, review the CCTV footage, and improve customer service.
