Very slow service due to insufficient staff, leaving customers waiting in the heat and humidity. The staff are trying their best, but management needs to provide enough manpower. Petrol prices are also increasing day by day, while we have no choice but to depend on our vehicles for work and daily life. Hope management improves the service and the authorities look into fuel affordability.
