Well serve and nice
I asked the ADNOC staff how much I owed, and he asked me the same question back. This was on 25 August 2026 at around 8:20am. I have been filling up at ADNOC for years, including in Dubai where I have other options, because the service has always been good and it is a comfortable place to stop on a long drive. This morning was different. My windows are tinted so I could not read the price on the display from where I was sitting. I asked the attendant how much it was and got no answer. After I tapped my card I asked again, and instead of telling me, he turned the question back on me and asked how much it was. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble. But this is the first time I have felt disrespected at an ADNOC station, and that is not what ADNOC has been for me. I hope the team gets some customer service training so the standard stays where it has been.
