I’m disappointed with the car wash service at ADNOC. Whenever we point out an area that hasn’t been cleaned properly, the staff refuse to clean it again and simply say, “That’s all we can do, nothing more.” I completely understand that the staff work hard throughout the day, and I respect their efforts. However, we are also paying for the service, so it’s reasonable to expect the car to be at least 70% clean. What’s more disappointing is that when we politely point out something that needs attention, the staff seem to take it personally and say that we are not happy with their work. It’s not about disrespecting their efforts; it’s simply about receiving the service we paid for. I believe customers should be able to raise concerns without being made to feel uncomfortable or unreasonable. I hope ADNOC takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of cleaning and the way customer concerns are handled.
