Customer reviews
Very disappointing experience with ADNOC Rewards. I received an SMS at 10:00 AM asking me to use my expiring vouchers today. However, when I visited the station at around 12:30 PM, I was told that all my vouchers had already expired. This is misleading and a waste of customers’ time. Unfortunately, no action was taken or solution offered. I expected better customer service and communication from ADNOC.
Ganan Rai helped me on my order and guided through Adnoc Rewards App, very welcoming and accomodating. Will visit branch again for great customer service
