Very disappointing service at this ADNOC station. The station was extremely busy, with cars continuously coming in and a long queue forming, yet some employees were simply standing around and not serving customers because their shift had apparently finished and they were waiting for the next staff members to take over. I understand that employees have fixed working hours and shifts, but there should be a proper handover system so that service does not completely stop while the station is full of waiting vehicles. I personally waited while watching an employee stand there without serving any cars. If this is ADNOC’s normal procedure during a shift change, then it seriously needs to be reviewed. Leaving a station full of cars waiting unnecessarily creates more congestion, frustration, and potentially unsafe traffic around the station. Either the staffing situation is inadequate or the management of shift changes needs improvement. Customers should not be left waiting simply because one shift has ended before the next team is ready to take over. Very poor experience and disappointing service.
