If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my sedan in for their "Ultimate Platinum Royal Wash"—which cost $45—and left with a car that was somehow dustier, wetter, and angrier than when I arrived. * The "Cleaning": The exterior brushes clearly haven't been washed since. They managed to leave a thick layer of mystery grime on my rear window while simultaneously scratching a permanent spiral pattern into my clear coat. My front bumper still has the exact same bug splatters on it, except now they look hydrated. * The Dry Cycle: Calling their air dryer a "blast" is a joke. It performed with the gentle, ineffective breeze. The "hand-dry team" consisted of one guy holding a single, soaked microfiber towel that smelled like stagnant pond water. He spent 20 seconds smearing dirty water spots across my windshield. . * The Interior "Detail": They claimed to vacuum the cabin, but the three French fries that have lived under my passenger seat since April are still sitting right where I left them. The only thing they actually did inside was spray a cheap air freshener. Save your money. You can get the exact same experience by throwing a bucket of dirty water at your windshield, dragging a pine tree across your hood, and burning a $50 bill in your driveway. Enoc pro wash was way better.
