Oisas bakery have good service and their food is fresh
First time visiting this branch but not a regular customer of ADNOC either. We asked for assistance since the appropriate size of cup for my drink is not available at the counter. The cleaning lady answered me with “I don’t know” and she just brushed me off and didn’t bother checking with the other staffs so I asked another lady but didn’t get any help so I went along and used another size of cup. We ended up paying for two cups with the other one half spilled since we didnt get proper assistance. I completely understand it is self service but we wouldn’t have asked if we know where the appropriate size of cups are. 😅😅 Completely disappointed with the service and inattentive staffs.
