I came to charge my tesla model 3 2021. I have a short limit on range so it was urgent. However it did not work initially. However Harshid abdulla assisted me and facilitated the machine based issue. Without him i would be stranded. ADNOC needs to provide more options of chargers that are RELIABLE, especially in rural areas. This is one of the first stops for visitors from saudi and qatar and it should show that we are accommodating to everyone's needs.

Very difficult to activate if you don't have a UAE phone number. Wastes a lot of time in activation.
