I had an exceptional experience at this branch! I was assisted by a wonderful Moroccan lady who was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. She explained everything clearly and resolved my request in no time. While I unfortunately didn't catch her name, her outstanding service and dedication truly stood out. She is a real asset to this bank! Highly recommended.
