Exceptional customer service from Sherina Al Qubaisi! I have genuinely never come across such a kind and helpful customer service professional. I had requested a liability letter just two days ago, which normally takes around seven days. Since I was travelling today evening, I came in and explained my situation to Sherina. She could have simply told me that I had to wait, but instead she took ownership of the issue, made several calls, understood my situation, and managed to get the letter processed within just one hour! What impressed me even more was that, at the end, she actually apologised for making me wait, when she had gone completely out of her way to help me. Sherina, thank you so much. Your effort genuinely made a difference to me. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. H
