Today i visited Ktb excellncy center Abu Dhabi. I would like to take a moment to appreciate the outstanding service provided by Nisha Locksley from your Khalidya Tower Excellency center . She took the time to assist me with the new ADCB digital services and handled multiple request with great efficiency including opening additional account setting up beneficiary and then transfer request. Throughout the process she was extremely helpful, patient and professional. It's is truly commendable and I believe ADCB would greatly benefit from having more staff like her.
