All ADCB ATMs have unnecessary steps, this machine goes even further. It will not let you withdraw 50aed, the minimum is 100aed but it gives you 2 x 50aed notes.

On fist floor of shakhbout hospital (above ground level), i used main entrance escalator. The ATM is between building B and A. The security on the main entrance allowed for max 5 min stop, which enough as the ATM wasn’t busy on friday afternoon.
