I hope the municipality inspects them. The service was terrible. Before we arrived at the hotel, we had ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and told them we wanted it early, around 5 pm. We arrived at 4 pm, and the cake didn't arrive until 7 pm. Every time we called reception, I felt no concern, and the cake arrived frozen and without a candle. (Original) الفندق جميل بس كل الموظفين اللي فيه ابد مب مناسبين استقبالهم لنا كان جدا فظيع في عنصريه للاجانب اكثر.. حصلنا في الحمام فرشاه اسنان مستعمله فالارض وغبار فالطاولات .. وبالنسبه للبوفيه صاحب البيض حاطينه برع وحوله كله بعوض وحول الاكل ،اتمنى البلديه تشيك عليهم.. والخدمه جدا سيئه قبل لا نوصل الفندق كنا طالبين كيك لليوم ميلاد بنتي وقلت لهم اباه بدري ع 5 pm ووصلنا 4 وماوصل الكيك الا سبع وكل ماتصل الاستقبال ماحسيت اي اهتمام ووصلت الكيكه مثلجه وحتى بدون شمعه . بصراحه اول مره اروح فندق بهذا المستوى يستاهل 3 نجوم
