Nowadays ADCB ATM services are very bad.. No cash in the ATM for a minimal amount too.. 3 times tried less amount withdrawal tried but only sms received as transactions done and later amount revised . In summer time, there was a hot temperature outside and I went to cash withdrawal.. but no luck to get cash for emergency purposes. Kindly load cash or mention system under maintenance or no cash or not working...

We recently had a disappointing experience at the ADCB ATM located at ADNOC Saada Station (ID 918), Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street, next to Mister Baker – Abu Dhabi. Our RAKBANK debit card got stuck in the machine, and unfortunately, there was no on-site assistance or clear instructions on how to report the issue immediately. As a result, we now have to cover the cost of a replacement card from our own bank — which feels unfair, given the issue was with the ADCB ATM. We understand that technical problems can happen, but better ATM servicing, clearer signage, and faster support would go a long way in preventing such situations. We hope ADCB takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for others in the future.
