Please avoid using this machine as it has a technical issue. Your card may get stuck inside, and if that happens, customer service will advise you to contact your bank to block the card and apply for a new one, often with a replacement fee. It's disappointing that, even though the issue is with their machine, they offer no assistance and simply direct you to handle it with your bank. Very dissatisfied with the customer service response
