I had a fraud using my account and ADCB fraud did an outstanding job in doing the needful. Sara alhilali was at the bank reception in now and did an excellent job in activating my new card, app that I had urgency in doing. I thanked her and asked where can I leave a review of this experience to find out she is the floor manager. What a modest humble individual caring and assisting ADCB customers
