(Translated by Google) Excellent service, especially Mr. Omar Shalabi. He's cheerful, friendly, and helpful without being asked. He's truly dedicated and ethical. May God bless him. The best bank in the UAE.
I submit my money in this cdm today and also confirm and meanwhile the machine restart by himself and i did not receive any receipt and also don’t add my money in my account and its 3100 then for security reason i add more 100 and its add to my account so after that i call the call centre at that time they says your problem will resolve in 48 hours and i also received a message from bank that we are working on this issue
