ADCB Cash & Cheque Deposit - ATM Center – Dubai Silicon Oasis

My experience with ADCB has been extremely disappointing. They are very good at luring customers with attractive credit card benefits and privileges, but the real test begins when you actually try to use those benefits or approach the bank for help. When you are being sold the credit card, the benefits are presented very attractively. But when there is an issue with a promised privilege, suddenly the customer is left to run from pillar to post. I have been dealing with an issue regarding the Careem ride benefits attached to my ADCB credit card for almost a year. Despite repeatedly raising the matter and providing all the necessary details, I have had to continuously chase the bank for answers. Instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue, I have repeatedly been redirected elsewhere. What is even more frustrating is that I have been asking the bank to provide me with a copy of an email that was sent to customers regarding the change in the Careem ride entitlement. This is an email that was apparently circulated to customers, yet despite repeatedly requesting it, I am still struggling to get a copy from the very bank that sent it. Is this really how a bank treats its customers? The impression I am getting is that ADCB is happy to attract customers with attractive offers and credit card privileges, but once you become a customer, you are on your own when something goes wrong. A bank should not just be there to sell you a product. It should also stand behind the benefits and commitments that were used to persuade you to take that product. After years of being a customer, I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing. The biggest lesson I have learned is that attractive benefits mean very little if the bank is unwilling to stand by them when the customer actually needs help. I would strongly advise anyone considering an ADCB credit card to read the terms very carefully and think beyond the promotional benefits before signing up. For me, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in ADCB.

Does it job , location for dso is good , machines you can deposit cash cheque and withdraw cash ,big enough place not tight and air con too no que .
