ADCB Cash & Cheque Deposit ATM - Al Zahia City Centre Branch

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, the bank's performance has gone from excellent to terrible. And the branch needs a manager who knows how to speak to customers politely and respectfully.

(Translated by Google) A wonderful experience with the ADCB team. Although I arrived around 9:01 PM, after closing time, the staff greeted me with kindness and respect, and readily assisted me in resolving my issue. Special thanks to Ms. Noura, Mr. Alaa, and the kind Emirati employee whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Their professionalism and respect were exceptional, and their customer care was truly remarkable. They sat with me for 15 to 30 minutes until they were certain the problem was completely resolved. Honestly, this level of customer service deserves all the praise and appreciation. May God bless you as you bless the lives of others, and reward you for your excellent service and attention. Thank you all for this wonderful service and professionalism. A truly excellent experience, and I wish you all the best. ❤️
