I would like to register a complaint regarding a cash deposit transaction. Today, I attempted to deposit AED 800 through your ATM. The machine accepted the cash, but before the transaction was completed, an error message appeared stating that "This ATM has a problem." The cash was not returned to me, and the amount has not been credited to my account. Kindly investigate this issue and credit the deposited amount to my account as soon as possible. Thank you.
