I'm really frustrated that I can't get support with my problem. Suddenly, I stopped receiving OTPs to my phone, so I can't pay bills. When I contact ADCB on WhatsApp, there's no option for support with OTP. I tried to complain, but even that is not accepted. I'm unable to receive my requested OTPs on my phone number and I can't tell anyone! Why has OTP stopped working? I don't want to use face recognition. Where is the support team??
