Dear ADCB Customer Support Team, I would like to report an issue regarding a cash deposit made through your ATM. On 25/12/2025 at approximately 10:10 PM, I deposited AED 2,000 using the Abu Dhabi Mall ATM / branch teller (ATM ID: ADCB5467). The ATM accepted the cash; however, after completing the deposit, the machine displayed an error message, and the deposited amount was not credited to my account.
