I deposited 625 at your branch today, but the machine showed an error and I couldn’t get the 5 AED because it got stuck inside. What will happen to my transaction? Please help me.

The worst experience I had with adcb. After deposit it says the machine is not working. Seriously it's really disappointing

Dear ADCB Customer Support Team,
I would like to report an issue regarding a cash deposit made through your ATM.
On 25/12/2025 at approximately 10:10 PM, I deposited AED 2,000 using the Abu Dhabi Mall ATM / branch teller (ATM ID: ADCB5467). The ATM accepted the cash; however, after completing the deposit, the machine displayed an error message, and the deposited amount was not credited to my account.
It does not accept request unless multiples of 100, but then I received 50 D notes....
