I am a tourist in UAE. I used my forex card to withdraw 1000 drh at this ATM at around 2 PM today. After multiple attempts, I could not withdraw the money but my forex card got debited for 1020drh. They add 20drh processing fee on forex card txns. Each time their ATM machine just showed total amount to be withdrawn including processing fee but no option to accept or reject was present on theb screen, enter button on keypad was of no help. Please check cctv footage of this ATM if needed but first reverse the txn asap. I need that money back in my forex card.
